Reflexology has supported my own well being, during major life
changes including my pregnancies, and during the transition from
working at a childrens publisher to becoming a full-time complementary
therapist. Reflexology can work on more than just a physical level,
being supportive during times of stress and life changes. It has
the capacity to cut through the tensions that people often hold
in many parts of their body, allowing the bodys natural healing
abilities to do their work.
Im glad I am also able to offer Indian Head Massage and Reiki
as therapies either separately, or in combination with reflexology.
I feel both of these therapies are particularly useful for stress-reduction.
After several years of reflexology practice I decided to expand
my skill base and trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic
Programming. To be able to offer a multidisciplinary approach gives
me a greater flexibility when assessing a clients needs.
With all these therapies, you are working with the bodys
natural resources as a therapist you are acting as a guide
in whichever way is suitable for each individual.
I am a full member of the Association
of Reflexologists and the National Council of Hypnotherapy and abide by their codes
of ethics.
