Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means ‘universal life force energy’ and is a Japanese hands-on healing therapy that helps restore balance and dissolve energy blocks.

The client can receive the treatment whilst lying on a couch or seated and remains fully clothed. Sensations of warmth and tingling may be felt and clients often achieve a deep sense of relaxation and calm.

Reiki works in harmony with all other kinds of treatment, including psychological therapies. Reiki is spiritual in nature but it is not a religion.
